The Palace of the Lost City at Sun City has launched a new luxury entertainment venue, Plume Jazz Lounge.
Officially opened on 29 August 2026, Plume combines live jazz, fine dining and premium drinks, with resident musicians performing every night.
The lounge offers shareable dishes alongside champagne, wines, premium spirits, signature cocktails and caviar. Its emerald-and-gold interiors were designed by David Muirhead and Associates, with handcrafted ceramics adding to the luxury feel.
Sun City Resort General Manager Brett Hoppe said the new venue is part of the resort’s continued investment in premium experiences.
Plume joins The Palace’s existing dining and entertainment venues, adding a new destination for guests looking for an elegant evening of music, food and luxury.
