Vusi Nova Celebrates 10 Years of Naninina With 'Here To Stay National Tour'

Vusi Nova is taking his music to audiences across South Africa as he celebrates a decade of his landmark album Naninina with the Here to Stay National Tour.

Presented by Nova Sounds, the tour runs from October 2026 to March 2027, covering eight cities and nine concert nights. It kicks off at The Ridge in Emalahleni on Saturday, 17 October.

The tour will give fans an opportunity to revisit some of Vusi Nova’s most-loved music while experiencing songs from his latest Here to Stay EP, which includes tracks such as “Thandeka” and “Here to Stay”.

For the singer, the tour represents more than an anniversary. It also marks his first national tour as an independent artist and a return to the idea of taking music directly to audiences.

“I’m celebrating 10 years of my biggest album, Naninina,” Vusi Nova said. “It’s also about bringing back the way we used to do things back in the day – going on tour, taking the music to the people, and celebrating with them.”

The artist said performing as part of a dedicated tour also allows him to give fans a fuller experience than the shorter sets often offered at festivals and large concerts.

Fans can expect classics from Naninina alongside newer material from Here to Stay. Vusi Nova said the passage of time has also changed how he connects with some of his older songs.

“That’s what’s so beautiful about music,” he said. “You get to be transported back to certain situations and feel those same emotions again, but you also get to understand them better because of ukukhula and the passage of time.”

The Here to Stay title reflects what Vusi Nova describes as his sense of purpose after 15 years in the music industry.

He said music has given him a way to share love with the world and create something that can outlive him.

The tour will travel to Tshwane, Cape Town and Gqeberha in November before returning in February 2027 for shows in Mangaung and Mbombela. The scheduled run will conclude in Durban and East London in March.
