Russell Wilson may be preparing for his next chapter in sports broadcasting, but this weekend his attention was firmly on wife Ciara as she took the stage at the BitterSweet Festival in Poland.
The recently retired NFL quarterback shared several clips from Ciara’s performance, showing the singer dancing and entertaining a packed outdoor crowd.
“POLAND!!! Loves some @ciara. I see you my love!” Wilson wrote on X, celebrating the enthusiastic response from the Polish audience.
He later shared another performance clip, writing: “James Brown & MJ would be proud!”
Wilson’s posts come as he prepares for his new role as an analyst on CBS Sports’ The NFL Today.
The move follows his retirement from the NFL after 14 seasons, ending a career that included a Super Bowl title with the Seattle Seahawks, 46,966 passing yards, 353 touchdown passes and 10 Pro Bowl selections.
Wilson had reportedly been weighing a return to the field after receiving an offer from the New York Jets, but ultimately chose broadcasting.
His final NFL season came with the New York Giants in 2025, where he began the season as the starter before eventually losing the position to Jaxson Dart.
A decade of Wilson and Ciara
The couple is also celebrating a major personal milestone. Wilson and Ciara marked their 10th wedding anniversary in July, with Ciara reflecting on a decade of marriage, family and shared experiences.
As Wilson prepares to trade the football field for the CBS studio, he appears more than happy to remain one of Ciara’s biggest supporters — even from thousands of kilometres away.
