The Miss South Africa Organisation has officially announced that the Miss South Africa 2026 grand finale will take place on Saturday, 14 November 2026, at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg. The announcement marks an important milestone in the competition as the country prepares to welcome its next titleholder.
The event will bring together the 12 finalists, who will compete for the prestigious crown in a production celebrating South African women, leadership and empowerment. Tickets are available through Ticketpro, with prices starting at R450 for Silver tickets, R600 for Gold, R1,600 for VIP and R2,000 for VVIP. The event is restricted to guests aged 18 and older.
A Night Celebrating South African Women
This year’s finale will follow the theme “From Imbokodo to Diamond”, highlighting the strength, resilience and leadership of South African women. The production is expected to combine African heritage, fashion, music and storytelling to celebrate the contestants and their journeys.
The red carpet will open at 16:00, while doors to the main finale arena will open at 19:00. Entertainment personalities Kuhle Adams and Kat Sinivasan have been announced as the red-carpet hosts. Confirmed performers include the Ndlovu Youth Choir and JAZZWRLD, formerly known as Jazzworx, featuring Thukuthela.
More Than Just a Crown
Miss South Africa 2026 continues to place emphasis on leadership and social impact through the organisation’s Empower Youth Africa initiative. All 12 finalists are expected to become ambassadors for the initiative on finale night, supporting efforts focused on education, youth unemployment, entrepreneurship, health and wellness, and civic engagement.
The competition represents a broader vision of developing women who can use their platforms to inspire others and contribute meaningfully to their communities. While only one contestant will be crowned Miss South Africa 2026, the organisation aims to ensure that all finalists continue making a difference beyond the stage.
With the date confirmed and tickets on sale, anticipation is building for one of the country’s major entertainment and pageantry events of the year. South Africans will be watching closely to see who succeeds reigning Miss South Africa Qhawekazi Mazaleni and takes on the responsibilities of the crown.
