Mothers across the country are set to be celebrated at the highly anticipated Mom’s Day Off – Wellness Edition, taking place on 25 October 2025 at The Fortress in Johannesburg.
This year’s theme places a spotlight on mental health, self-care and holistic wellbeing for mothers, aligning with World Mental Health month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. The event aims to create a safe and
empowering space where mothers can prioritise their well-being, embrace selfcare and connect with others who share similar experiences.
Now in its eighth edition, Mom’s Day Off has become a beacon of inspiration and empowerment for women across South Africa. Spearheaded by actress, model and entrepreneur Omuhle Gela, the series has built a loyal following by offering mothers and women the chance to:
